Yesterday, St. Josaphat Church in the village of Sheptytske hosted a remarkable event: five families celebrated the baptism and chrismation of their infants, marking the beginning of their spiritual journey.
Father Roman Skowron highlighted the profound meaning of Christmas, emphasizing that the birth of a child enriches the family with love and warmth. “Through baptism and chrismation, we welcome these children into God’s grace,” he shared.
The ceremony was accompanied by blessings: “May the path of their lives lead them to God — the source of boundless joy, inspiration, and love.”
