Fire in Nizhny Yablunets: Rescuers Battled Blaze, Man Injured
On March 8 at 14:12, a report of a fire in the village of Nizhny Yablunets, Sambir District, was received by the Rescue Service ‘101’.
Firefighters from the city of Turka were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, the firefighters found two residential houses and one outbuilding on fire. Nearby, rescuers discovered a man with severe body burns, whom they handed over to medics. The victim, a man born in 1949, was hospitalized in serious condition at Turka District Hospital.
Containment and Extinguishing of the Fire
At 15:16, firefighters contained the fire, and by 16:57, they extinguished it. The causes and circumstances of the fire are being determined.
