The defendant delayed the case in every possible way: he did not appear in court, he asked to postpone the hearing due to the war. In the end, the court sided with the city council and decided: “Silver Basket LLC must pay not only the debt, but also fines and inflation costs – more than 500 thousand UAH,” – said in the Department of Urban Development LMR.
