Lviv Region Rescuers Battle Numerous Grass Fires
Lviv region is engulfed in flames once again! In just the last day, rescuers managed to tame 94 arsons.
This is reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Lviv region. Every day, they extinguish a huge number of fires in nature caused by the arson of dry grass.
Danger of Fire Spread
Fire knows no bounds: it can spread to your home, car, or even take human life.
If you witness an arson, immediately contact the fire service and police, regardless of who did it.
Fines for Arson of Dry Grass
❗❗❗ We also remind you that arson of dry grass is punishable by fines:
- for citizens – from 3,060 UAH to 6,120 UAH;
- for officials – from 15,300 UAH to 21,420 UAH.
