According to the lawsuit of the prosecutors of the Sambir district prosecutor’s office of the Lviv region, the court ordered the company to return the land plot worth UAH 53.9 million to the Turkiv city council.
Prosecutors proved in court that for a long time the business entity avoided fulfilling its obligations under the contract and systematically, for several years, did not pay rent for the use of 8 hectares of land and did not use it for its intended purpose. The indicated plot of land is located outside one of the villages of the Turkiv community and is intended for the placement, construction, operation and maintenance of buildings and facilities of energy-generating enterprises and maintenance of wind power plants.
