Incident with a Young Man on Slovatskoho Street
The tactical response unit inspectors, during a night patrol on Slovatskoho Street, noticed an unknown individual who climbed onto a parked VAZ car. He walked from the hood to the trunk and started to run away. The officers caught up with the young man, who was unable to explain his actions. During a cursory check, a package containing a plant-based substance was found on the 22-year-old man. An investigative team was dispatched to the scene.
