EXPENSIVE CARRIER WITH TURNKEY SERVICES
In the Lviv region, law enforcement officers exposed an intruder who tried to illegally take draft age persons out of the territory of Ukraine in his own vehicle.

For a considerable reward, a resident of the Rivne region produced fictitious documents for those willing to prove their unfitness for military service and then tried to take them abroad.

As the operatives of the Lviv border detachment, together with the employees of the Migration Police Department in the Lviv region and the employees of VP No. 2 of the Chervonograd RVP of the GU NP in the Lviv region, a 28-year-old resident of the Rivne region helped 5 evaders leave the country illegally. The perpetrator produced fictitious temporary certificates of military conscripts and certificates from the military medical commission on unfitness for military service, which is the basis for crossing the state border of Ukraine, after which he tried to take these persons out of the territory of Ukraine. The man valued his “services” at 24,000 hryvnias per person.

The perpetrator was detained during an attempt to illegally take people out of the territory of Ukraine at the international checkpoint for the “Ugryniv-Dolgobychuv” road connection. Under the procedural leadership of the Sokal Department of the Chervonograd District Prosecutor’s Office, he was informed of the suspicion of committing a crime, provided for in Part 2 of Art. 332 “Illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for punishment – deprivation of liberty for a period of five to seven years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of up to three years.

The materials of the criminal proceedings were sent to the Sokal District Court.
