Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, an indictment was sent to the court against a citizen of Ukraine for high treason (Part 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The investigation established that in Yalta the accused got a job in an occupying state institution. She assumed the position of head of the “Multifunctional Center for the Provision of Public Services”.
While in a pseudo-position, the woman performed managerial functions in the created illegal center to the detriment of state security, ensuring the establishment and strengthening of Russian power in the territory of the temporarily occupied ARC.
In particular, the manager organized and ensured the issuance of Russian passports, registration and deregistration of natural persons, issuance of extracts from the register of real estate, etc.
A special pre-trial investigation was carried out by the investigators of the SBU Office in the Lviv region.
Note: in accordance with Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in a legal manner and established by a court verdict.
