On December 8, during the monitoring of social networks, police officers of the Lviv region found a video in which several young boys, probably senior students of one of the educational institutions, in the presence of many eyewitnesses, alternately hit other boys, probably students, in the head and chest – first-year students of the same educational institution.
This was reported to the Police of the Lviv region.
At the same time, senior students used a boxing glove to deliver blows.
As the employees of the Zolochiv district police department established, the event took place in October in a dormitory of a vocational school located in one of the villages of the district.
According to the fact, the investigators of the territorial division of the police started criminal proceedings under part 2 of Article 296 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for a punishment – restriction of freedom for a term of up to five years or deprivation of liberty for a term of up to four years.
All event participants are installed. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
