The Stryi District Prosecutor’s Office ensured the actual enforcement of the court decision by terminating the real estate lease agreement and returning the property to the community.
The property in question is part of the premises of the People’s House “Prosvita” with a total area of almost 700 square meters. The latter is located within the Kozivska territorial community of Stryi district.
It was established that the village council and the defendant entered into a lease agreement for non-residential premises. The entrepreneur, contrary to the law, systematically failed to pay rent for the use of real estate.
As a result, the local budget did not receive a significant amount of money.
Thus, these violations gave rise to a lawsuit filed by the Stryi District Prosecutor’s Office, which the court satisfied in full.
At present, the court’s decision has been actually enforced – the State Register of Real Property Rights has been entered with information on the termination of the lease of the property and it has been returned to municipal ownership.
