From January to October 2023, 1,696 car accidents with victims were recorded on the roads of Lviv Oblast. In them, 2,229 people were injured and 187 people suffered life-threatening injuries.
Analyzing these data, it turned out that October is the anti-leader for the past months of this year in terms of the number of citizens killed in road accidents — 33 people.
Patrol officers urge road users to follow simple rules, which, unfortunately, are the main causes of car accidents with victims:

❗️DO NOT violate the rules of maneuvering;
❗️Keep your distance;
❗️DO NOT drive a vehicle while intoxicated;
❗️ DO NOT violate the rules of the intersection;
❗️DO NOT violate the rules of crossing pedestrian crossings;
❗️ DO NOT cross the road in an unspecified place.
