Land electronic auctions for the sale of lease rights for communal agricultural land plots will be held on May 2.
The proposed plots for commercial agricultural production are located on the territory of the Peremyshlyan Territorial Community (outside the settlement) of the Lviv District:
the plot area is 4.39 ha, the starting amount of the annual fee is UAH 10,919.64. More details at the link

The deadline for submitting price offers is until 8:00 p.m. on May 1, 2023.
“Land auctions are an effective tool for significantly replenishing local budgets and an effective mechanism for managing land resources that are on the territory of the community,” said Tetyana Hetman, director of the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
