For businesses seeking to successfully enter international markets and ensure that their products meet the necessary requirements, the Individual Support for Export Requirements Analysis programme is being launched.
The programme is designed to help businesses prepare for exports through a detailed analysis of customs and regulatory requirements, which will facilitate effective entry into new markets.
Programme participants must meet the following criteria:
- more than 10 employees;
- enterprises engaged in the production of goods and services suitable for export to international markets.
During the 3 weeks of the Programme, the participant will receive detailed information on
- customs tariffs: current rates, benefits and preferences;
- Import quotas: available quotas, their balances, required documents;
- import taxes: excise duties, VAT, fees;
- origin of the goods: legal requirements, certificates, procedure for obtaining and proof of origin;
- export restrictions on the part of Ukraine: quotas, licences, permits, registration, authorisation;
- product safety requirements: list of legislative acts and necessary documents;
- labelling and requirements for information on packaging;
- packaging requirements.
Upon completion of individual support, companies will receive an analytical report containing a specific description of the requirements of the selected market for a product or product line with the same UKTZED code. The certificate also provides recommendations on how to prepare the necessary documents, which will allow you to
- estimate customs tariffs and use privileges;
- prepare for the implementation of quota restrictions;
- obtain certificates of origin;
- comply with labelling and packaging requirements;
- meet the legal requirements of the selected market.
