The regional fund for the support of individual housing construction in the countryside implements the following programs in the region: “State concessional lending to individual rural developers for construction (reconstruction) and purchase of housing” Vlasny Dim” and the Comprehensive program of providing housing loans to certain categories of citizens in the Lviv region for 2021-2025, approved by the decision of the Lviv Regional Council dated February 18, 2021 No. 58 (with amendments), governed by the “Rules for providing long-term loans to individual developers of housing in the countryside”, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 5, 1998, No. 1597.
Implementation of these programs is carried out by providing soft loans at 3% per annum for the construction, reconstruction, purchase of housing, installation of water, electricity, and heat supply of residential buildings in rural areas.
The “Own House” program has been operating in the region since 2000 and is popular among rural developers.
