During the inspection, the companies were issued 6 resolutions for violations of motor vehicle legislation.
Employees of the Transport Department of the LOVA Road Department, together with employees of the Road Safety Department of the Patrol Police in Lviv Oblast, inspected the work of a carrier that serves bus routes in Radekhiv district. In particular, they checked its compliance with the requirements of motor vehicle legislation when releasing buses to the line.
As part of the joint raid inspection, 6 resolutions were drawn up for violations of motor vehicle legislation by Radekhiv ATP-14629 LLC.
We note that drivers of motor transport companies are required to undergo a daily medical examination before leaving the company. The bus is checked by a mechanic before departure, and a corresponding entry is made in the vehicle release log.
“In addition to complying with transport legislation, employees of the Transport Department of the Road Department emphasized to the carrier Radekhiv ATP-14629 LLC the importance of ensuring the constant and uninterrupted operation of the ASOP, including the opening and closing of shifts by drivers. I would like to remind you that we organize such raids in Lviv region on a regular basis,” said Orest Shulikovsky, Director of the Road Department of LOVA.
The Road Department calls on residents of the region to contact the department in case of violations of the schedule or traffic pattern by carriers, as well as obstacles to cashless payment in the ASOP system, to make management decisions and prevent such violations in the future.
