Yesterday, April 6, the social protection authorities, after updating the relevant software, began work on providing assistance to internally displaced persons. These are IDPs who are registered in the Unified Information Database on Internally Displaced Persons.
According to the Department of Social Protection of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, persons who have moved from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, as well as from the territory where hostilities are taking place and specified in the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of 06.03.2022 “On approval of the list administratively” -territorial units on the territory of which assistance is provided to insured persons under the “eSupport” Program.
Assistance is provided in the following amounts:
– for people with disabilities and children – 3000 hryvnias per month;
– for other persons – 2000 hryvnias per month.
“To apply for assistance, an application is submitted for assistance in the prescribed form on the basis of a certificate of internally displaced person, identity documents and TIN,” – said in the department.
Applications will be accepted at the place of actual residence of internally displaced persons:
– departments / divisions of social protection of the population;
– authorized persons of the executive body of the village, settlement, city council or the center of administrative services.
Also, in order to receive assistance, an internally displaced person can fill in an application, which is formed by means of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services, in particular, using the mobile application of the Action Portal.
It should be noted that the aid will be paid into a current account with a special use regime for crediting e-Support assistance or a bank account (according to the IBAN standard) of the applicant for the payment of aid.
Therefore, first of all, before applying for assistance and documents on the payment of assistance, you must have a bank account number (IBAN standard) or an account with a special mode of use for crediting assistance “eSupport”.
In the absence of an account – you must apply to a banking institution to open a bank account (according to the IBAN standard) for payment of assistance containing 29 characters and letters UA.
It is important to note that the assistance is granted from the month of application, while if the application for assistance is submitted before April 14, 2022 – the assistance will be granted from March 2022.
We will add that as of yesterday in area the total number of the persons who are registered in the Uniform information database on internally displaced persons makes 47 814 persons.
