A wanted Ukrainian was stopped at the Hrushev checkpoint by border guards of the 7th Carpathian Border Guard Detachment.
The other day, during an outbound inspection, one of the databases was triggered by the documents of a 51-year-old citizen of Ukraine. It turned out that the person was wanted by law enforcement officers of Chernihiv region under Part 1 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – “Intentional grievous bodily harm”.
The border guards informed the National Police about the incident. The person was handed over to law enforcement for further legal action.
