From the Polish side, 8 modules were delivered for the installation of temporary terminals for the registration of passenger vehicles.
On June 11, Yuriy Buchko, deputy head of the Lviv Regional State Administration, said that a temporary terminal for passenger cars was being set up at the Krakovets-Korchova checkpoint. 8 modules were delivered from the Polish side.
“This will increase the capacity of this crossing by at least 50%. The relevant agreements were reached within the framework of intergovernmental consultations held at the Krakovets-Korchova checkpoint,” Yuriy Buchko said.
In general, the project envisages an updated area for cars and buses, pavilions for cars, red and green corridors for cars. Entrance to the passport and customs control zone will be performed through traffic lights, and exit – through barriers.
