On June 7, at 9:46 p.m., the Rescue Service “101” received a message that in the town of Stryy on the street Panas Myrnyi, Stryj district, a dog is stuck in an open area in a hole in a concrete slab and cannot get out on his own.
Rescuers of the 8th state fire and rescue unit of Stryy were sent to the scene.
As it turned out at the scene of the call, volunteers come to the area every night to feed stray dogs. And they heard the little puppy squealing because it was stuck between the concrete slabs. People tried to pull the dog out for about 2 hours, but unfortunately they did not succeed. Then rescuers were called.
The fire was rescued from the trap by the fire and rescue department and handed over to a volunteer.
The dog was not injured in the incident. Moreover, when the puppy was safe, he was nicknamed Jevelina.
Humanity manifests itself just when someone needs help. It doesn’t matter if they are human or four-legged. Be kind and don’t be indifferent.
