Patrol policemen issued 735 decisions under Part 6 of Article 122 (Parking in spaces for people with disabilities in specially designated areas) of the Code of Administrative Offences. The sanction of the article provides for a fine of UAH 1,020 to 1,700 for the relevant offence.
Parking spaces for people with disabilities are indicated by sign 5.42.1 “Parking spaces” with plate 7.17 of the Traffic Code.
Do not forget to place the appropriate sticker on the window if you have the right to park your vehicle in such places.
