On 19 September, at 20:57, rescuers received a report of a fire in the village of Vorotsiv, Yavoriv district, in a brick one-storey residential building.
As it turned out at the scene, neighbours noticed a fire in the house and brought the elderly owner out and called the rescuers. When the firefighters arrived, the house was engulfed in flames, and there was a threat of the fire spreading to neighbouring buildings.
The fire was contained at 22:00 and extinguished at 22:46.
Rescuers saved 2 neighbouring buildings from destruction by fire.
A total of 11 rescuers and 3 units of special equipment were engaged in the firefighting operations.
