In total, “ambulance” teams in Lviv Oblast made almost 4,000 call-outs.
During the past week – from 04/09/2023 to 04/15/2023 – the operational dispatch department of the Lviv Regional Center for Emergency Medical Aid and Disaster Medicine received 10,974 calls to the number “103”.
EMD teams made 3,904 visits to patients (81 fewer than last week); in 2,933 cases, these were patients in emergency and critical conditions (124 fewer than last week).
Ambulance teams delivered 1,896 patients to the regional hospital.
48.6% of emergency calls ended with hospitalization of patients, in 51.4% of calls, assistance was provided at the scene.
All 100% of patients with acute cerebral stroke (164 persons) and acute coronary syndrome (73 patients) were hospitalized in a hospital with the possibility of providing specialized care.
