Park of the resort “Nemyriv” is a park-monument of garden and park art of local importance, located in the Yavoriv district.
A meeting was held regarding the prospects for the development and sustainable use of the objects of the nature reserve fund of the Nemyriv Starostyn district of the Yavoriv territorial community.
The participants were representatives of the Yavoriv City Council, the Yavoriv RVA, the State Environmental Inspection in Lviv Oblast, the branch “Rava-Ruske Forestry” of the State Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine” and the Sanatorium “Prykordonnyk – Nemyriv”.
T.v.o. the director of the department of ecology and natural resources, Oksana Viytyk, proposed to prepare the necessary package of documents for the arrangement of the park-monument of horticultural art of local importance, the park of the resort “Nemyriv” for the next transfer of its borders to nature, and to develop a project of revitalization and reconstruction of the park for its effective use for health and recreational needs. The next meeting should take place in January.
Within the district are the objects of the nature reserve fund, which were created by the decision of the Lviv Regional Executive Committee No. 495 to preserve the valuable natural complexes of the Nemyriv resort, in particular:
protected tract of local importance “Nemyriv” with a total area of 276 hectares;
the botanical monument of nature of local importance “Vikovy dub” with an area of 0.05 ha;
hydrological natural landmark of local importance “Spring No. 1 of the Nemyriv resort” with an area of 0.2 ha;
hydrological natural landmark of local importance “Spring No. 2 of the Nemyriv resort” with an area of 0.2 ha;
hydrological natural landmark of local importance “Spring No. 3 of the Nemyriv resort” with an area of 0.2 ha;
hydrological natural landmark of local importance “Spring No. 5 of the Nemyriv resort” with an area of 0.2 ha;
hydrological natural landmark of local importance “Spring No. 6 of the Nemyriv resort” with an area of 0.2 ha;
park-monument of horticultural art of local significance “Park of the Nemyriv resort” with an area of 26 hectares.
In 2018, funds were allocated from the environmental protection fund for the development of land management documentation for setting boundaries in nature to regulate the objects of the nature reserve fund.
As of today, there are registered restrictions on the use of hydrological natural monuments of local importance in the village of Nemiriv
