A three-storey retail and consumer complex will be built in Lviv at 71 Zamarstynivska Street. This was announced during a meeting of the executive committee of the Lviv City Council.
Office Assets Limited Liability Company has applied to the Department of Architecture and Urbanism of the Lviv City Council for urban planning conditions and restrictions for the reconstruction of a non-residential building at 71 Zamarstynivska Street into a shopping and entertainment centre.
It is a three-storey building with an area of about 440 square metres.
“The project has gone through many transformations. Now this building looks quite correct on this street and closes the block,” said the Department of Architecture and Urbanism of Lviv City Council.
