“After the collapse of the balcony on the 2nd floor of the building on the street. Dzherelna, 43, we also examined the balcony on the 3rd floor. This balcony was also in an unsatisfactory technical condition and needed immediate repairs. We offered the owners to restore them under the Co-financing Program. They agreed and we have a result – restored balconies,” said Iryna Djurik, head of the Shevchenkiv district administration.

“During the renovation, we dismantled the balcony of apartment No. 9 (on the 3rd floor), installed two monolithic reinforced concrete balconies with an area of 4.5 m2 each, covered the balconies with ceramic tiles, and repaired and painted the metal railings,” added Iryna Zhuryk .
