The deputies awarded the title of “Honorary Citizen of Chervonohrad City Territorial Community”:
- Sarchuk Yevdokiya Ivanivna – a member of the OUN brotherhood, a nurse of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army under the pseudonym “Nina”, a district Ukrainian Red Cross worker who recently celebrated her 100th birthday.
- Andriy Karpov – speedway driver, international master of sports of Ukraine, winner and prize-winner of international competitions.
