The court satisfied the claims of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office to the business entity for debt collection, termination of the lease agreement, and return of the land plot of the water fund.
We are talking about a plot with an area of more than 22 hectares, which is located on the territory of the Yavoriv territorial community. On the latter there are three ponds with a total area of more than 16 hectares.
It was established that the company leased a water body for fishing activities. In the future, in violation of the terms of the contract, the company did not pay rent for the use of the land plot of the water fund from October 2022.
As a result of such actions, the local budget did not receive a significant amount of funds.
Responding to the violation, the prosecutor’s office appealed to the Commercial Court with a corresponding lawsuit, which was fully satisfied.
