Residents of the region will be switched off for four hours a day. Four groups were formed for this purpose. To find out which group the accommodation belongs to, “Lvivoblenergo” has created an online service. To use it, you need to go to the link and enter a personal account.
As Halyna Petrushko reported, the service is currently operating in test mode, so interruptions are possible. They are planned to be removed by 11:00. And in the afternoon, Lvivoblenergo promises to publish a table where you can find your address.
Residents can also find out information about outages in the call center and on the “Lvivoblenergo” website in the “Why is there no light” section. In addition, the information will be sent to Viber and Telegram chatbots.
