At the request of the Yavoriv District Prosecutor’s Office, the court seized a non-residential premises with a total area of 10,000 m2, worth more than UAH 13 million. This real estate belongs to the company, the beneficial owners of which are citizens of the Russian Federation, and under the lease agreement it is used by the company, the beneficial owners of which are also citizens of the Russian Federation.
The issue of transferring seized property to ARMA management is being resolved.
According to the investigation, the lessee company engaged in wood processing, when declaring a negative value from value added tax, including the one declared for reimbursement from the budget, inaccurately reflected the amount of tax by more than UAH 320,000.
At present, the criminal proceedings on the fact of the completed attempt on illegal budget VAT reimbursement have been directed to the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine (Part 2 of Article 15, Part 4 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
