There was a traffic emergency on the 5th of April at about 11.40 am on Chervonoya Kalini Avenue.
As the law enforcement officers set up in advance, the driver of the Skoda Octavia car, a resident of Lvov in the 40s, hit a pedestrian – a 16-river Lviv woman, who crossed the part of the pedestrian area by crossing to a protective signal with Vitlofora. As a result, the minor received physical treatment and was taken to the hospital.
Following the fact, police No. 2 of the Lviv district police department No. 2 confirmed criminal offenses under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The maximum punishment transferred to the sanction of the statute is the reduction of will for lines up to three times, with the remission of the right to carry out transportation by transport means for lines up to three times.
