The traffic accident occurred on October 10, around 5:00 p.m., in the village of Opaka, Drohobytsky district.
As previously established by law enforcement officers, the driver of the tractor, a 36-year-old local resident, lost control and the vehicle overturned.
The tractor driver died at the scene from injuries received as a result of the accident.
According to the fact, the investigators of the police department No. 1 of the Drogobytsk district police department opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
