In Lviv, a newly made car at yesterday at about 7 pm on Mechnikova Street was stopped by patrol cars of a Mercedes-Benz E260. A 22-year-old native of Luhansk region was behind the wheel.
She showed signs of drug intoxication. An inspection at a medical facility confirmed this. The young woman was charged under Part 1 of Art. 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated) КУпАП.
The patrolmen were struck by the fact that on that very day, three hours before the stop, the driver exchanged a 2-year-old license for a new one.
So on the day she received the rights, on the day she lost her clothes, she was stopped drunk driving.
