According to the results of the 19th wave of the “eRobota” project, two more participants of the “Grant for veterans and their family members” program from the Lviv region will receive UAH 750,000 for opening or developing a business and will create 4 jobs. This right was chosen by a combatant from Chervonograd (Zhvyrka village) and the wife of a military serviceman from Lviv (Vynniki).
“In general, as of November 15 of the current year, 23 applicants whose business plans were considered by the commission of the Lviv Center for Veterans Affairs will develop veteran business in our region. The total amount of grant funds is UAH 8.7 million. They will be given to 14 combatants and 9 family members of veterans, who will create 40 jobs,” said director of the Lviv Regional Employment Center Vasyl Barilyuk.
According to him, among the grant recipients are 4 budding entrepreneurs. Thanks to their participation in the program, they will purchase equipment for opening a mobile fast food restaurant in Yavoriv region, and in Lviv – a dental clinic, a recreation complex, as well as a car fleet that will operate on the Uklon taxi platform.
The rest of the participants of the government program will use the grant to scale an already established business in the field of trade, public catering, fitness and sports, medicine, cosmetology, textile production, repair of modern gadgets, etc.
The maximum amount of the grant – UAH 1 million – in our region will be awarded to a veteran entrepreneur with three years of business experience who will create 4 jobs, 2 of which will be occupied by his peers. The accounts of 9 applicants will receive funds in the amount of up to 500,000 hryvnias, and 13 – up to 250,000 hryvnias.
