From May 23 in Lviv it is planned to start hydraulic tests of heating networks, which are on the balance of LMKP “Lvivteploenergo” and LKP “Zaliznychneteploenergo”. The supply of hot water will be suspended for the time of hydraulics and elimination of the detected damages. This was reported in the Department of Housing and Infrastructure of the Lviv City Council.
“Hydraulic tests are necessary to prepare high-quality networks, boiler houses, CHPs for the new heating season. In particular, CHP-1 at this time will be “zero stop” and preventive measures, repairs on the main and auxiliary equipment.
It should be noted that the tests of heating networks last several days, and then the elimination of gusts. That is, the time we spend on hydraulics is testing and eliminating impulses.
Hydraulics makes it possible to see the technical condition of thermal networks, in particular areas of gusts and defects. After hydraulic tests, we eliminate the detected gusts and eliminate all defects. Therefore, when we enter the heating season, we have almost no gusts in the heating networks, “- explained in the Department of Housing and Infrastructure LMR.
