Some of them came from the epicenters of hostilities. In the institution, the elderly are provided with treatment and basic living conditions
The Lviv Regional State Administration received a request with the needs of the boarding house – from utensils and appliances to bed linen, medical supplies and equipment.
The Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Lviv Regional State Administration, the Union of Armenians of Ukraine and the State Institution of the National Social Service in the Lviv Region managed to provide the institution with everything necessary.
Now the boarding house, where the elderly are staying, has a freezer, a microwave, kettles, pots, pans – and this is just part of what they were given today.
Thank you to the Lviv Regional Armenian Community “Akhpyur”, thanks to which we managed to close this need.
When help was handed over to the geriatric boarding house, one of the benefactors said that they were of Armenian descent, but at heart – all Ukrainians. That is why we are obliged to support us in this difficult time. We appreciate this help.
