Lviv region says goodbye to four defenders today
🕯️ Vladislav Ivanov
A resident of the village of Davydiv, Lviv district. He served in the 110th separate mechanised brigade named after Major General Marko Bezruchko. He died on 22 June, 2024, during a combat mission near the village of Dibrova, Donetsk region.
🕯️ Orest Hnura
He is a resident of Zhovkva. In April 2023, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 47th Brigade. He died on 21 June as a result of a UAV strike. He was 27 years old.
🕯️ Mykola Hembych
He was born in the village of Verkhnye Vysotske, Sambir district. After marriage, he moved to Stryi. He was a sergeant, a commander of a combat vehicle – a commander of a mechanised unit. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he was mobilised into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Until recently, he was considered missing.
🕯️ Sviatoslav Zakharov
A resident of Horodok, Lviv district.
From the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, the soldier stood up to defend Ukraine. He was killed on 3 July 2022 in a battle near Bakhmut, and has been missing since then. The defender was 22 years old.
