The total length of the route, which will run through the Ukrainian part of the Central Bicycle Route of Roztochka, is 54 km.
The organizers of the event assure that the distance is long, but not difficult.
The ceremonial start will take place on May 14 at 10:00 a.m. on Vichevii Square in Zhovkva. On the way to Vereshchyta, travelers will stop at the Krekhiv monastery to pray for the defenders of Ukraine. The next stop is planned in the village of Dubrovytsia to pay tribute to the fallen soldier-order bearer Andrii Bilyk, a local native.
Next, according to the program, the cyclists will visit the stadium in Ivano-Frankivsk, later they will stop near the administration building of the Yavoriv National Park. There will be an opportunity to explore the eco-center, museum rooms, arboretum and bicycle tourist station.
The eco-trail and the white rock in the “Lelekhivka” recreation area are the next points of the cycling trip.
The presentation of the newly built ecotourism visitor center will take place at the finish line in Vereshchyta. There will be an opportunity to eat here, subject to prior registration. The price is UAH 160. Free sycamore pie and tea will be served.
If necessary, a transfer from Lviv to Zhovkva and from Vereshchyta to Lviv is provided for registered participants and their bicycles. Registration for the bicycle tour is available at https://cutt.ly/o6p5yDh
It is known that 20 cyclists from the Republic of Poland will take part in the event for donations to the Armed Forces.
