The Security Service of Ukraine warns about the PROHIBITION of UAV and light aircraft flights over Lviv and Lviv region
The launch of UAVs and light aircraft is carried out only with the approval of the Security Service of Ukraine in Lviv region. All unauthorized flights of unmanned aerial vehicles will be considered espionage and sabotage in favor of the enemy with all its consequences.
PLEASE NOTE that the requirements of paragraph 4 of Section II of the Rules of Use of Airspace, namely – “flights of unmanned aerial vehicles weighing up to 20 kg inclusive are performed without applications and permits for the use of airspace” – DURING WAR DURING DO NOT APPLY.
For violation of these requirements, the perpetrators will be prosecuted under Art. 109, Art. 110, Art. 111, Article 112, Article 113, Article 114 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
