In the Centers for the provision of administrative services in Lviv, you can assign a new or get a duplicate of the registration number of the taxpayer’s account card (RNOKPP). The service is available for displaced Ukrainians, residents of Lviv or the region and foreign nationals.
In particular, you can get a duplicate or assign a new registration number of the taxpayer’s account card in the following departments of the CNAP:

- street M. Khvylovy, 14a
Opening hours: Monday – Thursday: 09.00 – 18.00; Friday: 09:00 to 16:00
You must have a passport of a citizen of Ukraine (passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of ID + certificate of registration of residence f-13); birth certificate (for children of Ukraine under 14 years of age); foreign passport or residence permit (passport must be translated).
