From the beginning of the new academic semester, students of grades 9-11 in Lviv will learn how to handle weapons. This is done so that children from all schools get basic skills.
This was announced by the head of the Lviv Education Department Andriy Zakaliuk.
“From the second semester, we will conduct shooting and weapon handling training for all students in grades 9-11. Our teachers and boys who have returned from the war will be involved in this,” he notes.
According to him, training will take place in schools equipped with shooting ranges and special equipment. Pupils whose schools do not meet the conditions will be attached to equipped schools. It should be noted that it was previously known that 20 educational institutions of the Lviv City Territorial Community have special premises, shooting ranges, where shooting training can be conducted.
We remind you that from Monday, January 23, the second semester will begin in Lviv schools. Each school will independently determine the form of education, as in the first semester. Educational institutions are fully equipped with everything necessary and have heating, which is why they decided to start the second semester.
From now on, students of lower grades will go for walks every day. This will take place within the educational process and in any weather.
