In return for $10,000, the 19-year-old organizer ensured that a package of documents on the status of a father with many children was prepared, which would allow military personnel to leave Ukraine.
According to the plan, the citizen was to receive a fake birth certificate for the third child, and accordingly, the status of a father with many children and the right to leave without hindrance.
On March 18, operatives of the Strategic Investigations Department in Lviv region and investigators of the Regional Police Investigation Department detained the suspect while he was receiving $10,000. He has now been served a notice of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 332 (Illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The issue of choosing a type of detention is being decided.
The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to nine years.
