The Security Service blocked three more schemes of evasion of Ukrainian citizens from mobilization in wartime conditions. At present, all involved parties have been notified of the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine).
This was reported in the press service of the SBU.
An investigation is ongoing to bring to justice all persons involved in illegal activities.
Crime detection measures were carried out by SBU employees of Kyiv and Kyiv, Lviv, and Zakarpattia regions together with the State Bureau of Investigation, the State Border Service, and the National Police under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor’s office.
In the course of investigative and operational actions in the territory of several regions of Ukraine, five organizers of the riots were notified of suspicion.
For money, they offered conscripts to avoid mobilization on the basis of false documents or by illegally leaving our country.
The cost of such “services” was up to 9 thousand dollars.
🔹 So in Kyiv:
SBU employees together with the SBU detained the deputy head of one of the departments of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, who organized the illegal processing of documents to remove citizens from military registration.
To implement the criminal mechanism, he used his connections in the Territorial centers of recruitment and social support in several regions.
🔹 In Zakarpattia Oblast:
two residents of Berehiv district were exposed. One of the defendants was previously convicted of illegally transporting people across the state border.
The perpetrators planned to transport their “clients” outside the established checkpoints in their own cars.
