The court upheld the claim of the Zhovkiv district prosecutor’s office to invalidate the deeds and cancel the state registration of rights to the former airfield. Its estimated value is more than UAH 9 million.
We are talking about an airstrip with an area of 9,000 square meters. It is located in one of the villages of the Lviv district.
It was established that the state registrar, in the absence of relevant title-establishing documents, made changes to the State Register of Real Property Rights regarding ownership of real estate. In this way, he illegally registered the right of private ownership of the runway for third parties.
As a result, the former airfield fell out of control of the Zhovkiv Territorial Community.
Under these circumstances, the court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor and satisfied the claim in full.
