The court’s decision satisfied the lawsuit of prosecutors of the Zolochiv District Prosecutor’s Office. It recognized the illegal inaction of the balance keeper and obliged to bring the protective structure of civil defense into proper technical condition and readiness for use as intended.
Prosecutors have established that in one of the cities of Zolochiv district, there is an anti-radiation shelter in the business entity’s premises.
We are talking about premises with a total area of more than 130 square meters. According to the technical passport, it can accommodate 250 people.
The balance keeper of the indicated object of civil protection is a limited liability company. He, neglecting the safety of citizens, did not prepare the building in a ready-to-use condition.
The court confirmed the validity of the prosecutor’s demands and satisfied the claim in full.
