This is footage of an accident involving a driver with signs of alcohol intoxication. So, last night, a 34-year-old man crashed his Volkswagen Golf on Demnyanska Street. The offender refused to take a breathalyser test, but this will not relieve him of responsibility.
Two reports were drawn up against the man: under Art. 124 (Violation of traffic rules that led to an accident) and Part 1 of Art. 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated) of the Administrative Code.
By the way, over the weekend, patrol policemen drew up 50 reports for drunken driving.
