Under the procedural leadership of the Zolochiv district prosecutor’s office, residents of Chervonograd were exposed and informed of the suspicion of illegally transporting people across the state border of Ukraine.
This is reported by the Information Policy Department of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office. For a monetary reward, she promised the conscript to produce a package of fictitious documents. On the basis of which, information about a person was entered into the “Path” system as a potential volunteer. Accordingly, this gave him the right to leave Ukraine under martial law.
In addition, the 39-year-old Red-haired woman drove the “client” to the state border in her own car and gave advice on how to behave while crossing it. She valued her services at $6,000. On the way to the border on July 21, the woman was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine after she receives the funds. Other persons involved are being identified. At the prosecutor’s request, the detainee was placed in custody.
Investigators informed the detainee of the suspicion of committing a criminal offense provided for in Part 3 of Article 332 (Illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for punishment – deprivation of liberty for a period of seven to nine years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of up to three years with confiscation of property.
