Funds are provided within the regional agricultural development program.
At the expense of the funds of the regional budget for the financing of certain tasks and activities provided for by the Comprehensive program of support and development of agriculture in the region for 2023, expenses in the total amount of 34.4 million hryvnias are planned.
In accordance with the mentioned Program, financial support for agricultural producers of the region in the form of concessional loans for the implementation of business plans for the creation (purchase) of facilities for storage, freezing, processing and pre-sale preparation of agricultural products is provided for the current year and funds have already been directed this week in the amount of 10.0 million hryvnias.
In particular, preferential loans on a paid and returnable basis for the implementation of the specified business plans on a competitive basis were received by five agricultural producers in the amount of more than UAH 1.8 million each and one agricultural enterprise for the purchase of equipment for the production of granulated feed for river fish – 825 thousand hryvnias.
As noted in the finance department of the Lviv OVA, as of today, UAH 13.7 million or 39.8% of the program’s annual funding volume has been allocated for the implementation of measures provided for by the Comprehensive Program.
