At the third Summit of first ladies and gentlemen, the health ministers of 14 countries adopted a joint statement on the development of medical partnership.
The West Ukrainian Specialized Children’s Medical Center and Lviv Regional Children’s Hospital “OHMATDYT” signed official memorandums on cooperation with foreign clinics.
Lviv “OKHMATDYT” will cooperate with the French Necker-Enfants Malades Hospital (Paris).
“After the signing of this agreement between our institutions, cooperation between doctors will be established – this is the exchange of experience, internships, holding joint operations, conferences, as well as telemedical consultations,” said Bohdan Malyovany, the medical director of the hospital’s surgical work.
From now on, ZUSDMC will work with the Prinses Máxima Centrum voor kinderoncologie clinic. Acting Director Roman Kizima became the only speaker from the involved Ukrainian clinics at the satellite summit with relevant ministers and spoke about the experience of the Center’s cooperation with international medical centers in the #SAFERUkraine project.
We will remind that in total, 25 Ukrainian hospitals found international partners among hospitals of other countries of the world: from Poland to Canada.
