The new center for the provision of administrative services will serve 24,000 residents of one of the territorial communities and will provide more than two hundred administrative services.
Today, January 26, the sixth modern administrative services center in the region – Diya.Tsentr – started working in the Boryna Territorial Community. This is the first in 2023 in the TsNAP region, which was opened with the funds of subventions from the state, regional and local budgets.
The cost of the implemented project is almost 9 million hryvnias – almost half of the amount is allocated from the regional budget. For this amount, a major repair of a non-residential two-story building was carried out, furniture was purchased, as well as computer equipment, including “electronic queue” equipment.
“Every day we work on expanding and modernizing the network of administrative service centers in the region. Today, despite the difficulties caused by the war, there are 60 centers for the provision of administrative services, 16 territorial divisions, 205 remote workplaces and 1 mobile TsNAP working in the communities of the Lviv region”, – emphasized the deputy head of the Lviv regional state administration for digital development, digital transformations and digitalization (CDTO) Oleksandr Kulepin.
Mykhailo Shkitak, the head of the Boryn Territorial Community, said that from now on, more than 24,000 residents of the community will have the opportunity to receive high-quality administrative services and related services in one visit.
“We are proud that our community has been given the opportunity to have its own TsNAP, with the appropriate standards of the European model. Thanks to everyone who participated in the implementation of this project. Thanks to the support of Lviv OVA, we carried out repairs to the building, equipped the premises according to the European model. Novy Diya. The center will serve 24,000 people, which is quite a lot to provide a full range of administrative services. In addition, we have 5 remote workplaces where administrative services will be provided by our elders who work in the community,” said Mykhailo Shkitak.
At Diya.Center, residents will be able to receive 216 administrative services in convenient and affordable conditions. In particular, these are the most requested services for registration of place of residence and acts of civil status, registration of property rights to real estate and business, services in the field of land relations and architectural and construction activities, services of a social nature and other services of local importance.
“TsNAP has implemented uniform standards for the quality of service provision – convenient, fast and simple. Residents of the community can transfer electronic copies of digital documents using the Diya application, because the CNA has joined the Diya.QR service,” summed up the head of the department for digital development of the Lviv Regional State Administration, Maksym Stolyarchuk.
