These are: Chernushovytskyi National Technical University and ZDO “Bilochka”.
The progress of works at the facilities was inspected today, July 20, by Andriy Godyk, the first deputy head of Lviv OVA.
The reconstruction of the building of the Chornushovytsky National Technical University of the I-II degrees was started last year. Therefore, during the year, the facade of the building was insulated and part of the interior works and works on the re-planning of the interior spaces were carried out.
The building has classrooms, bathrooms, a cafeteria with a dining room, and a group cell. The sequence of construction is in two phases. The project also provides for the installation of a “Hobbit House” type shelter.
As of today, works on the dismantling of the roof have been carried out at the facility, work on its replacement, dismantling of the facade, interior decoration, engineering works, works on the installation of 2 shelters, and sewage works are being carried out.
After the facility is completed, proper conditions for education will be created for 100 children of the community, including those who found shelter here, sports and children’s playgrounds, paved driveways, pedestrian areas, landscaping will be provided.
Reconstruction with energy saving and energy efficiency measures of the building of ZDO “Bilochka” began in 2021.
The project envisages re-planning of interior spaces, repairs, decoration of walls and ceilings, replacement of floor coverings, replacement of internal heating and ventilation networks, electricity, water supply and sewerage, replacement of roof, arrangement of food block, to save energy resources – carrying out works on insulation of facade, foundation, floors, ceilings; installation of a solid fuel and gas heat generator.
As of today, the building’s roof has been dismantled, part of the interior work has been completed and the premises have been re-planned, and work has begun on the external storm sewer system.
After the facility is completed, proper conditions will be created for preschool education for 40 children, a playground, footpaths, and landscaping will be arranged.
Educational institutions will also be accessible to groups of the population with low mobility, and the completed works will reduce heat losses at the facilities by almost 85%.
